How billing works

Do I need a card to start?
No. The fourteen-day trial needs nothing but an email address, and it doesn't roll into a paid plan on its own.
Can I change edition later?
Yes, in either direction, at any point. Your data and configuration stay as they are.
Is there a contract?
No minimum term. You can cancel whenever you want.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Configuring the system around your process is part of what you pay monthly, and on Enterprise we do the customisation and the data import for you.
What counts as a user?
Anyone in your organisation with their own login. Clients you invite to view a task, case or policy aren't users and aren't charged for.
